Andy and I took our first vacation with the kids and it opened our eyes to just how important these moments are. Stepping away from the chaos of everyday life gave us the chance to slow down, connect, and simply enjoy being together.
Like any vacations, there are both magical highs and challenging lows, but what surprised me most was how much we found ourselves talking about all of it. The funny mishaps, the breathtaking views, the tired tears, and the laughs—each piece became part of our story.
I feel incredibly lucky to wander this earth with my family, to see new places through the kids’ eyes, and to create memories that will forever tie us together.
Starting this blog feels a little daunting, but also exciting. It’s my way of gathering these memories, both big and small, into one place—a space where we can look back on our adventures and remember not just where we’ve been, but how it felt to be there together.
